Bookings, Products & Pricing

c. All bookings and purchases are subject to availability and confirmation by Playdium.
Orders & Payments
a. By confirming a booking or purchase, you agree to pay the total amount including applicable taxes and charges.
b. Playdium reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
c. Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. Playdium does not store full card details.
Cancellations & Refunds

Safety & Conduct
Guests are expected to follow venue safety rules and staff instructions at all times. Playdium reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
