NO REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Playdium. We are committed to providing a fun, high-quality entertainment experience for all our guests. Please note that all purchases made with Playdium are subject to the following no-refund policy.

No Refunds

All payments made for bowling, arcade games, packages, event bookings, gift vouchers, and other Playdium products or services are final and non-refundable.

Changes & Rescheduling

In certain cases, date or time changes for advance bookings may be accommodated subject to availability and prior notice. This will be handled at the discretion of Playdium management.

Non-Transferable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable:

  • Game credits and arcade cards
  • Bowling game payments and lane bookings
  • Event and party reservations
  • Gift vouchers and promotional packages
  • Customized or special bookings
Damaged or Service Issues

If you experience a technical issue or service concern during your visit, please inform our team immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the matter promptly and ensure you receive the intended experience.

Payments Made in Error

In the event of an accidental duplicate payment or billing error, please contact us with proof of payment. Such cases will be reviewed and addressed by management.
