General Liability Disclaimer
Playdium shall not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of its facilities, games, equipment, or services. Guests participate at their own risk. Playdium is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from negligence, misuse of equipment, failure to follow safety guidelines, or unforeseen circumstances.
Assumption of Risk
By participating in activities such as arcade gaming, bowling, bumper cars, karaoke, VR gaming, and other attractions, guests acknowledge the inherent risks involved, including but not limited to physical injury, equipment malfunction, virtual reality disorientation, motion sickness, and loss of personal belongings. Playdium shall not be held liable for any resulting injuries or damages.
No Warranty
All services, equipment, and digital platforms are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Playdium makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, performance accuracy, suitability for a particular purpose, or the functionality of its gaming and entertainment systems.
Payments and Refunds
- All transactions, including arcade card top-ups, are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Playdium is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged arcade cards. Balances cannot be transferred or reimbursed.
- Any payment or transaction disputes must be reported immediately. Playdium reserves the right to review and resolve such matters at its sole discretion.
Security & Surveillance
Playdium premises are monitored by 24/7 CCTV for safety and security purposes. By entering the premises, guests consent to being recorded. Footage may be used for security monitoring, legal purposes, and dispute resolution.
Security Protocols
Playdium is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all visitors, staff, and assets. In the event of illegal activity within the premises, Playdium reserves the right to take appropriate action, including notifying law enforcement authorities and implementing necessary security measures. By entering the premises, guests agree to comply with Playdium’s security protocols and acknowledge that non-compliance may result in removal from the premises and/or legal action.
Personal Belongings
Playdium is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises, including items left unattended in lockers, play areas, gaming zones, or dining areas. Guests are responsible for securing their belongings. Lost items will be held for a limited period, after which Playdium assumes no further responsibility.
Age, Height, Weight, Medical Restrictions & Safety Instructions
Certain Playdium games and activities are subject to age, height, weight, and medical restrictions for safety reasons. Guests must comply with all posted guidelines and follow staff instructions before and during participation.
All guests are required to use equipment properly and follow venue safety rules at all times. Anyone who fails to follow safety instructions may be restricted from participating in activities.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children and minors and ensuring they meet all safety requirements. Playdium reserves the right to deny access to any activity if safety criteria are not met.
Playdium will not be held liable for incidents involving unsupervised minors, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow safety instructions or declared medical advice.
Third-Party Links and Services
Playdium may provide links to third-party websites or services for convenience. Playdium does not control or endorse the content, policies, or practices of such external platforms and is not responsible for any interactions or transactions made with them.
Events and Promotions
All promotions, offers, events, and discounts are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Playdium reserves the right to amend related terms and conditions at its discretion. Participation does not guarantee rewards, winnings, or special privileges unless explicitly stated.
Force Majeure
Playdium shall not be held liable for service interruptions, delays, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power failures, pandemics, or technical malfunctions.
Emergency Procedures and Compliance
All guests must comply with Playdium’s emergency and safety procedures, including fire evacuation and first-aid protocols. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the premises without refund. Playdium reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals displaying unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
